CCCSWW is currently seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Contract Administrator who will oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts and procurement activities across the organizations. If you are a proactive compliance professional who excels at mitigating risk and strengthening governance, this role is for you.
How you will make a difference
As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will serve as the primary facilitator and initial reviewer for contracts, both small and large scale, helping ensure agreements are complete, compliant, and aligned with CCSWW policies, grant requirements, and operational needs before escalation to Legal, Finance, IT and HR for final review. The Senior Contract Administrator works to support effective contract administration and procurement practices. This position translates complex legal and contractual language into clear guidance for non-technical staff and promotes a culture of accountability, transparency, equity, and service.
