Sr. Financial Analyst 
Dallas, TX | Full-Time 
Salary: $85k-$100k 


A well-established, mission-driven organization in the Dallas area is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly alongside executive leadership and gain meaningful exposure to strategic financial operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and supporting schedules
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Support month-end close and account reconciliation processes
  • Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and operational support
  • Monitor financial performance and identify trends or discrepancies
  • Maintain accuracy of financial records and internal reporting
  • Assist with audit support, tax schedules, and compliance-related reporting
  • Support process improvements across finance and reporting functions
Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 3–5+ years of accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting)
  • Experience with financial/accounting systems preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner with leadership
