The Role
Were seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for all go-to-market functions. This individual will partner closely with leadership to define hiring strategy, build top-tier talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments and enjoys building systems and processes from the ground up.
What Youll Do
Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Partner with founders and hiring leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets
Manage candidates through the full interview lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer close
Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every stage
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to improve inbound talent flow
Track and report on recruiting metrics, continuously improving efficiency and outcomes
What Were Looking For
310 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles
Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments (startup experience strongly preferred)
Proven ability to source and close candidates in competitive markets
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions
Ability to quickly understand new roles and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly
Data-driven mindset with a focus on recruiting performance and outcomes
Preferred Background
Experience working at early-stage startups (ideally pre-late-stage scale)
Background recruiting for high-performing sales and revenue organizations
Experience building recruiting processes in fast-changing environments
Work Environment
Full-time, on-site role in either New York City or San Francisco
