Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our people!Job SummaryThe Sous Chef supports the overall success of the food program by overseeing daily culinary operations, including planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation. This role ensures compliance with client guidelines, health department regulations, and company standards for quality, freshness, and presentation.
