Sr Accountant

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for overseeing accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting various financial activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures, identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement best practices for greater efficiency and accuracy
• Coordinate with auditors, ensuring all documentation and financial statements are accurate and audit ready.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various finance-related projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation preferred.
• Experience: 5 + years of progressive experience in accounting or financial roles.
