The MPAC Office Assistant is responsible for assisting with the smooth functioning of office operations at the Maltz Performing Arts Center. This includes answering phone calls regarding shows and ticketing for shows at the Maltz Performing Arts Center and assisting with ticketing sales or questions. Additionally the Office Assistant helps maintain and update the Maltz Calendars to reflect the most up to date information and ensure they are synchronized across platforms.
Pay rate- $15 to $18/hr depending on experience, yearly performance evaluations come with appropriate raises
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 2 year related experience in a performing arts space required. Experience in a University setting preferred. Ideal candidate will have familiarity with ticketing systems.
Education: High school education required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Ability to meet consistent attendance.
