This role also administers facilities access and security for the two programs (swipe cards, key inventory, key box access, and door combination pads), and works with Access Control for maintenance, tours, and showings of the facilities. This role books and reserves spaces, schedules all rooms and spaces for productions, including performances, rehearsals, classes, practice, and auditions for both the Department of Theatre and Dance and the School of Music.
