Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sushi preparation, fish processing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to support the head chef in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and cutting fresh fish for sushi and sashimi.

  • Process and handle fish with precision and care.

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen at all times.

  • Support the Chef in daily tasks and during service.

  • Maintain knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese culinary traditions.

  • Follow health and safety guidelines in food preparation and storage.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
