Your contribution will be both individual and collective.WHAT YOU'LL DOManage full‑cycle searches across CTC's technology function.Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines through direct outreach, networking, creative job postings, employee referrals, and market research.Partner closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, search strategies, and interview plans.Develop fluency in our business, culture, and teams to understand talent needs at all career levels, from Associate Engineer to Principal.Lead candidate debrief and calibration sessions, ensuring alignment among interviewers, hiring managers, and stakeholders.Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.Share market intelligence and collaborate on initiatives, investing in team growth to build a recruiting team the business trusts.Partner with the HCM Practice Leader/HR Business Partner to provide exceptional service to internal clients.Integrate AI tools throughout the recruiting process.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of recruiting experience with preference for quant hedge funds or prop trading firms.Experience in both search firm and corporate recruiting environments.Strong direct sourcing skills and a proven record of proactive outreach and pipeline development.Track record of vetting candidates for technical ability and cultural fit.Deep understanding of technical skill sets relevant to prop trading or quant hedge funds.Team‑first mindset and commitment to collective success over personal recognition.Experience using behavioral interview techniques.High sense of urgency and strong organizational skills.Proficiency with technical assessment tools such as Codility and CoderPad.Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and business audiences.Capability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without dropping the ball.Chicago (preferred) or New York required; hybrid in‑office schedule Monday‑Thursday.CompensationSalary Range: $175,000 – $225,000 USDRole is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, dependent on individual performance and firm results.
