Our client, a privately held $120M staffing organization with a strong reputation and tenured leadership team, is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support and drive talent acquisition across key markets. This is a high-impact role for a proven recruiting professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering top talent, and partnering closely with clients and internal teams to support business growth.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across key industries and client accounts
  • Partner with sales and account management teams to understand client hiring needs and deliver top talent quickly and effectively
  • Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels including networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with leadership and peers to ensure a seamless client and candidate experience
  • Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and drive successful placements
  • Provide market insights on talent trends, compensation, and candidate availability
  • Represent the company in the talent market through networking events, social platforms, and industry engagement


What you need:
  • 2+ years of progressive recruiting experience within staffing or workforce solutions
  • Proven track record of successfully filling roles and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong network of candidates in Nashville and/or surrounding markets
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and candidate experience
  • Experience partnering with sales teams and working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
