Position OverviewThe Treasury Accountant will support day-to-day treasury operations, cash management, and banking activities across a multi-state healthcare portfolio. This individual will work closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cash tracking, timely transactions, and strong financial controls.Responsibilities Include:Execute daily treasury operations, including cash positioning and monitoring of bank account activityProcess and support wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other electronic paymentsPrepare and maintain bank reconciliations across multiple entitiesAssist in short-term cash flow forecasting by compiling and analyzing dataMonitor liquidity levels and elevate potential cash needs or discrepanciesMaintain accurate records of all treasury transactions and ensure proper documentationSupport treasury controls and help ensure compliance with internal policies and proceduresAssist with management of banking relationships by coordinating account maintenance and documentationCollaborate with accounting, payroll, AP, AR, and operations teams to ensure accurate cash reportingSupport month‑end and year‑end close processes related to cash and treasury activityAssist with reporting requirements related to debt, lender communications, and compliance, as neededContribute to process improvements and support implementation of scalable treasury proceduresSupport acquisitions and new entity integrations from a treasury and cash management perspectiveQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required2–4 years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance, or banking preferredExperience in healthcare, long‑term care, senior living, or multi‑entity environments is a plusBasic understanding of cash management, bank reconciliations, and financial controlsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/financial systems requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departmentsHigh level of accuracy and accountabilityWhy AMA LTC?Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding healthcare organizationExposure to complex, multi‑entity financial operationsCollaborative and team‑oriented environmentStable and growing platform in the healthcare industryMeaningful role supporting critical financial processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
