Eupry is looking for a part-time Customer Support Intern to help handle customer inquiries via phone and email out of our Raleigh, NC office. As a Customer Support Intern, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional assistance and guidance to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services. You'll work cross-functionally to keep communication clear and effective, and help us uphold the highest standards of support.
This is a part-time, paid role at 20 hours per week. Flexible hours include a mix of in-office shifts and evening coverage for support tickets and phone calls. In-office time includes hands-on operations work and real exposure to how a fast-growing life science startup runs day to day.
Eupry's team includes 20+ nationalities, all collaborating on a mission to make storage compliance smarter and easier. In this role, you will report to the Customer Support Manager and work closely with international colleagues as well as help shape the environment in our new Raleigh office.
