About You

We're looking for an experienced operational leader with a background in one or more of the following sectors:

• Home Services
• Home Improvement
• Home Building
• Residential Construction

You'll ideally have experience in:

• VP Operations, COO or Senior Operations Leadership roles
• Leading multi-site or regional operations
• Managing large operational or field-based teams
• Operational strategy and business transformation
• Process improvement and operational excellence
• Customer-focused service delivery
• Executive leadership and organisational development
• Driving growth within fast-paced businesses
