Key Responsibilities:· Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum that supports cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development · Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment · Establish and maintain consistent daily routines and positive behavior expectations · Observe, assess, and document children’s development and progress · Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners · Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families · Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, needs, and milestones · Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared classroom environment · Support children in developing independence, self-help, and social skills · Address behavioral challenges using positive guidance techniques · Collaborate with administration and staff to support program goals and improvementsWhat’s it like to be a teacher at our School?
