We treat corporate infrastructure like an engineering problem: configuration lives in code when possible, endpoint provisioning is automated, access assignment is self-service, and were always looking for ways to make our systems more reliable and our support burden smaller. We work closely with Security, Engineering, and People teams to make sure Plaids internal environment is secure, scalable, and ready for where the company is going, whether thats a new office, a new compliance requirement, or a new way of working enabled by AI tooling.
