Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production equipment: dough mixers, dough dividers, presses/sheeters, ovens/fryers, proofers/coolers, conveyors, baggers, sealers, metal detectors, and checkweighers. Support utilities as trained: compressed air systems, boilers (steam), chilled water/glycol, HVAC, and (if applicable) ammonia refrigeration (evaporators, valves—assist licensed operators).
