Critical Care Overnight Clinical Pharmacist: Under the supervision of the Critical Care Pharmacy Manager, the overnight critical care clinical pharmacist will require independent decision-making, clinical judgement, and in-depth knowledge of a mix of patient populations located within critical care. The activities of this clinical pharmacist are diverse and will include, but are not limited to, medication therapy management (including therapeutic interchange, collaborative practice agreement or other strategies), and providing drug information to medical professionals, students, and patients.
