Develops, implements, and manages strategies for competitive bidding and negotiating of complex contracts with architecture, engineering, and construction firms in order to meet project requirements and company policies. Responsibilities: Leads major capital projects, typically > $30M, and guides other project managers assigned, with overall responsibility for the successful management of the project scope, schedule, and budget.
