Brief Duty Description: Perform daily and scheduled maintenance of carpeted and hard-surface flooring, including routine cleaning, spot cleaning, and spill response; interim care such as burnishing and low-moisture carpet cleaning; and deep cleaning and restorative services including stripping, refinishing, sealing, and waxing hard floors, as well as shampooing and extracting carpets. Support a wide range of events including athletic competitions, commencement ceremonies, meetings, entertainment and recruiting events, weddings, and other externally hosted functions, as well as performing deep cleaning and rapid turnaround cleaning for summer camps, conferences, and seasonal programs to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and event-ready.
