In this role within Williams' growing Power organization, you'll lead the team that delivers our maintenance capital program: the planned investment we make in operating power generation facilities to keep them safe, reliable, and available, including equipment repairs, replacements, upgrades, and reliability improvements. As Manager of Projects, you will be responsible for the successful development and execution of multiple sophisticated maintenance capital programs and projects at operating power generation facilities, involving collaborative solutions with plant operations, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), contractors, and other internal and external partners.
