Accrue 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked, then 1-9 years get 80 hours PTO, 10+ years get 120 hours PTO. Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation to include stop pay, detention pay, safety bonuses and border crossing pay as appropriate.
