Requirements for this position include: a four year degree, superb communication skills (a large percentage of your time would be on the phone), ability to multi-task and work many functions simultaneously, fluency in computers and ability to work with a variety of software programs, interest in working full days, drive, ambition, and a sense of urgency. Preferences for this position include: a sales background with demonstrated results, knowledge of a high-speed production environment, food and/or beverage manufacturing experience.
