p>Candidates must possess the following: • High School diploma or equivalent; • Current/Valid Massachusetts Driver's License; • Knowledge of various cleaning methods; • Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively in a team environment; • Ability to perform all functions of the job requiring independent judgment, decision-making, and problem solving; • Ability to work with computers and technology; • Ability to lift 80lbs of weight, comfortable working in confined spaces, capability to work in weather conditions, comfortable traversing across campuses and must have the physical mobility and stamina to perform all duties required.
Performs custodial duties and assignments in a school building setting, including but not limited to: • Using chemicals and agents to clean and disinfect bathrooms, classrooms, and offices; • Working with a team or individually to complete cleaning area assignments under the direction of the Custodial Lead; • Working safely and is able to use personal protective equipment to perform tasks.
