Experience conducting hands-on advanced, multi-source network analysis and entity development to map previously unknown illicit entities, communications, financial transactions, and business activity, and the ability to integrate and layer information across diverse datasets and tools, including IC information, communications data, Commercially Available Information (CAI), OSINT/Publicly Available Information (PAI), financial transaction information (fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies), corporate registries, and geospatial data to uncover threat networks. Expert-level skill in working with U.S. Government Departments and Agencies (other than DoD) in areas such as policy formulation, acquisition, finance, drug law enforcement, security, and at disrupting and degrading the national security threats posed by drug trafficking, piracy, transnational organized crime, and threat finance networks reasonably related to illicit drug trafficking activities.
