Job Duties: Troubleshoots, maintains, inspects, modifies and repairs building systems - such as but not limited to plumbing systems, electrical systems, overhead doors & gates, fire alarm systems, fire sprinklers, interior & exterior, doors, carpet & tile flooring, drywall & painting, ceiling tiles, lights, emergency systems, door hardware, and elevators.
