Major Responsibilities: Perform and review conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design for mechanical systems and equipment, including: tunnel filling, unit dewatering, station drainage and oil recovery, cooling water, service water, compressed air, elevators, cranes and hoists, ventilation, fire protection, HVAC, potable water, and sanitary drainage, This role will include working with the Design Subcontractor and discharging responsibilities as set out in the Management of Third-Party Engineering, 10G-M41-00013 as part of the Engineering team. The role supports EPC execution through design development, interface management, constructability, and construction/commissioning support for large hydro facilities comprising underground powerhouse, shafts, tunnels, intake/outlet works, and surface facilities, in accordance with customer requirements, applicable codes, and Bechtel engineering procedures.
