Troubleshoots, replaces and repairs assigned equipment, appliances, grease traps, or service areas including but not limited to low voltage control circuits and systems, other controls, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) coolers, refrigerators, stoves, grills, ovens, mixers, freezers, vent hoods and other food preparation devices. Installs, evaluates and performs preventative maintenance of industrial grade appliances, food service equipment and service areas; including but not limited to: motors, conveyors, coffee makers, dishwashers, grills, stoves, grease traps and various other appliances or attributes related to service areas.
