You will lead with both breadth - spanning contract lifecycle management, conflict clearance, legal knowledge management, eDiscovery & litigation support, matter allocation & management, insurance, corporate elections, and agentic AI - and depth, setting the technical direction that underpins major legal technology programs. A proven leadership track record: leading through influence, building long-term stakeholder relationships, and shaping strategic legal technology visions, roadmaps, budgets, and priorities - including navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across teams and stakeholders.
