This position, following established policies and practices, provides leadership, personnel management, supervision, and direction to employees in field service teams supporting deployed unmanned aircraft systems including, but not limited to, the installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and modification of assigned aviation systems and equipment. + Must possess strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to accurately document, report and assess situations and independently make sound judgments and decisions regarding company operations, customer satisfaction, and personnel management matters.
