For individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude who are graduating high school, veterans exiting the military, or technicians wanting to change from other mechanical fields (i.e., automotive, HVAC, etc.) you may be a great candidate for our in-house fully accredited 15-month Apprenticeship Program. The EPG Service Advisor is responsible for communicating with internal and external customers to gather information regarding equipment issues and providing repair status updates while repairs are in progress; opening/processing work orders in an efficient and timely manner using thorough details on customer requests/complaints to ensure technician understanding and customer satisfaction. In addition to base pay, the compensation package may include participation in performance-based incentive programs (e.g., discretionary or non-discretionary plans), as well as overtime eligibility depending on the role.
