Position Responsibilities:** + Project management and engineering support for maintenance and facility upgrade activities, including routine preventative maintenance, repairs, and large-scale projects + Coordinate with testing experts and program representatives to ensure facilities can meet necessary test requirements + Coordinate with various support organizations and vendors on required maintenance support and infrastructure related issues and projects + Maintain the lab process documentation and drawings specifically related to the test facilities and infrastructure + Maintain or manage spares inventories + Support development of the capital and expense long range business plan (LRBP) inputs related to test facilities requirements + Staff program testing in the labs as a facility operator which can, sometimes, include extended or off shift times **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + Associate's degree or higher in related discipline AND 1 or more years' of related work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience + Experience within aviation maintenance, engineering, or other complex technical fields **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + 1+ years of experience operating Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Hydraulic Systems + 1+ years of experience managing daily/monthly craft work load to include reactive service requests as well as planned work and preventative maintenance activities **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
