Coach and train restoration technicians Position Requirements · High school diploma/GED · Valid driver’s license · At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction · IICRC certification a plus, not required Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies · Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance · Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) · Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects · Ability to work with/around cleaning agents Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated. Key Responsibilities · Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control · Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities · Thoroughly document restoration projects to support the services provided · Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects · Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.
