Our client is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead the operation of our packing lines, paint lines, rivet operations, hydraulic press and roll-former operations, and robotic steel welding cells. Proven leadership in one or more of the following areas; steel punching, roll forming, welding, dip and powder paint lines, automated and manual packing line environments.
Under the direction and supervision of the Department Supervisor and in cooperation with other team members, weld metal components with welding equipment to fit and join, fabricate, and/or repair heavy and large mechanical products per specifications and in accordance with the production schedule.
Cross-train and certify in a minimum of four package assembly work centers including SMD, Underfill, Transformer Assembly, Mold, Laser Mark, Cut, J-Lead or Test. Working from written or verbal instructions, perform assembly and test related tasks on automated VI Chip PCB Assembly line.
