Ten (10)+ or more years of software engineering experience, including at least four (4) years owning production Generative AI or applied-AI systems in the field - agents, workflows, or applications, including evaluation, failure handling, and a human review loop - or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines.
