The associate must have experience handling and managing all aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, experts, motions, pretrial proceedings, trial, settlement, and related matters, as well as developing and maintaining strong business and client relationships. The successful candidate will have significant experience across all phases of discovery, including preparing witnesses for depositions, drafting complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements, and managing the filing and service of pleadings.
