Drives program consistency, maintains documentation and reporting, ensures stakeholder alignment across clients, webinar presenters and subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners in other departments, and manages post-event activities including lead tracking, engagement reporting, and program closeout across NA, EMEA, and JAPAC regions. This role oversees intake and workflow processes (e.g., Workfront), manages platform configuration and asset readiness, conducts dry runs and speaker technical checks, and operates the live broadcast including audio, slides, simulcasting, and real-time translation (in JAPAC).
