Partnership Development & Community Engagement: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, school districts, community organizations, local governments, and other stakeholders to strengthen rural medical education and healthcare workforce development across Texas. Plan, coordinate, and support school visits, presentations, career exploration events, workshops, summer camps, and other educational outreach programs in collaboration with school districts, university departments, healthcare organizations, and community partners.
