Preferred Qualifications: Prior collegiate golf playing and/or coaching experience; familiarity with NCAA recruiting practices and junior golf recruiting; strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills; experience with tournament operations, golf course relations, golf instruction technology, and statistical analysis; and the ability to assist with camps and clinics, community outreach, fundraising, and student-athlete development initiatives. Under the direction of the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will assist with all aspects of an NCAA Division II intercollegiate women's golf program competing in the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA), including practice planning, tournament preparation, student-athlete development, recruiting, academic support, team travel, compliance responsibilities, camps and clinics, equipment coordination, administrative operations, and program fundraising activities.
