This position acts as the technical SME managing projects and working in collaboration across the Niagara network with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to: warehouse system improvements, software and data architecture design, creation of technical requirements leading to the development of manufacturing software applications and automation, integration into enterprise systems, managing project pilots, and analysis of data collected to justify future project deployments and identify ROI on new projects. Build and maintain automation scripts, data pipelines, and natural-language reporting tools using AI coding/analysis assistants (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT); build agents/bots (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio) to automate operational workflows.
