Founded in 1989 by Charlotte natives Jack and Frank Blythe, Blythe Development performs clearing, grading, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, waterline, curb and gutter, sidewalk, concrete paving, retaining walls, culverts, bridges, stone base, and asphalt paving. We are seeking an experienced heavy civil construction leader to oversee grading crews, site development operations, heavy equipment, subcontractors, production, jobsite safety, quality control, scheduling, and project cost control across the Carolinas.
