ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Leadership:As a Lead Teacher, will work with Directors, Specialists and Instructional Assistants (IAs) to implement student programming while modeling the core philosophies of TJS.Provide direct oversight and supervision to all Instructional Assistants on caseload including goal-setting and performance enhancement, staff reinforcement, performance evaluations, and hiring and selection.
