p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. • Drive growth through increased penetration within targeted Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN) • Work with 1099 partner groups on a regular cadence (weekly field rides) to ensure there is consistent lead generation feeding IDN level growth opportunities • Lead high level product demonstrations in collaboration with 1099 partners • Assist with product conversions to support 1099 partner groups • Provide VOC to Marketing team to assist with product roadmap discussions and potential enhancements to current portfolio of products • Provide ongoing training to 1099 partner groups to ensure they have a high level of product knowledge and selling competence for Gentherm products • Develop a network of potential 1099 partner groups to serve as replacement options in the event of performance issues associated with current partners • Seek new GPO awards for current/future product categories and own the process from RFI, RFP to contract award/maintenance for (1) Domestic GPO - Vizient, Premier or Healthtrust • Seek alternate channels for growth Specialty Distributors Government project.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or closely related field • 12 or more years of experience in Medical Devices field sales • 3 or more years of experience managing complex sales process, including GPO and IDN level contracts • Vendor credentials to include, but not limited to GHX, Vendormate, Symplr • Proficiency in utilizing relevant customer relationship management (CRM) tools • Excellent interpersonal skills and cross functional skills to deliver GPO level agreements • Outstanding communication and leadership presentation skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Intermediate skill level or above in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
