Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate Director Action Group providing meeting materials, capturing actions, and coordinating with participants for planning, execution, and follow up • Review products for content, completeness, adherence to style guides, and technical editing • Manage, track, and audit program data in Air Force Records Management and Defense Travel System • Maintain program tracker for program correspondence, actions, and RFIs • Support administrative staff including training, providing feedback, and coordinating across staff with varying skills and experiences to ensure delivery of products • Coordinate and facilitate communications across a geographically diverse team. REQUIRED Experience Requirements: At least 15 years providing relevant services to DoD office, including in support of space systems Includes recent experience supporting USAF or USSF program offices Understanding of mission critical aspects of space acquisition Experienced with Air Force records management system Experienced with Defense Travel System Demonstrated ability to provide clear and accurate information to clients, external stakeholders, and contract staff Demonstrated knowledge of headquarters, Air Force, and Space Force processes, procedures, and functions and a clear ability to communicate these.
