The role is responsible for the accurate, compliant, and efficient administration of Evercore's equity and deferred compensation programs, including Restricted Stock Units, Deferred Cash awards, Deferred Cash Dividends, participant communications, audit/SOX controls, financial reporting support, and related processes.
