This role works closely with nursing leadership, medical providers, therapists, and behavioral health staff to support safe withdrawal management, medication administration, patient monitoring, and continuity of care. Administer medications, including MAT medications, monitor effectiveness and adverse reactions, and maintain accurate medication documentation and controlled medication counts.
