Plan and execute recurring onsite programs: Town Hall, Focus Meeting, lunches, weekly site meetings, and monthly culture moments (e.g., seasonal celebrations, recognition days, surprise & delight touchpoints). This is a hands-on, high-visibility role best suited for someone who genuinely loves building community, and can move seamlessly from executing a site-wide lunch, to designing an onboarding experience, to helping a group of employees get properly set up during Open Enrollment.
