Knowledge & Expertise: Knowledge of current research, best practices, and trends in Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS), screening and progress monitoring assessments, instructional interventions, the cultivation of interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, and practices that take into account the impact of trauma on students and promote family engagement; additionally, the candidate should possess knowledge and skill in adult learning theory and delivering professional development, as well as expertise in instructional coaching principles and practices. Program Development & Implementation: Facilitate the development, implementation, review, and evaluation of coordinated activities to improve academic and behavioral outcomes for all students, including those with disabilities; facilitate the development, implementation, review, and evaluation of coordinated activities to improve academic and behavioral outcomes for all students, including those with disabilities; facilitate school team meetings and coach internal personnel and teams to implement systems change.
