As part of a larger Homeless Prevention team with multiple programs, this Social Worker provides case management, budgeting, and housing advocacy-related, crisis intervention, and connection to resources to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including survivors impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking while following to Housing First and Trauma-Informed Care principles. Prepare required reports and tracking (Including statistics on intake and outreach, number of clients served, description of services, expenditures for clients served through grant).
