The position works independently on complex hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues; translates technical information into practical field solutions; and provides guidance to customers, subcontractors, temporary labor, and internal teams. Provide technical leadership, hands-on coaching, and formal training to customers, temporary labor, subcontractors, and internal personnel on tool setup, safe operation, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation best practices.
