Compile district, campus, and program budgets and cost estimates; prepare and submit State and Federal financial reports including but not limited to the following: SE-4094, SE-4096, FID, Civil Rights Survey, quarterly Administrative Outreach Program, MAER, Maintenance of Effort, Excess Cost, 31A Annual Report, IFERS, Annual Financial Disclosure. • Provide leadership and management for purchasing, food service, transportation, accounting, data processing, maintenance programs, construction management, tax collections, elections, budget hearings, bond issues, debt management, investment programs, and compensation strategies.
